SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

1. ORDERING & SHIPPING

Shipping
We ship worldwide, shipping cost is calculated by weight and at checkout.

Shipping options will be automatically calculated after delivery address is provided.

Shipping services, options might vary depends on your location.

Delivery time is from 5 up to 30 working days and depends from your location (note that considering the current situation shipping can be delayed).

Currency and prices
Please note all orders will be charged in EUR. No extra handling charge, packing charge, Visa charge, or PayPal charge.

Taxes and duties
Please note that orders do not include taxes & duties. Shipment might require taxes & duties by customs of your country.

Order processing
All orders will be shipped within 1 – 5 working days from the date of purchase.

2. PRODUCT PICTURES

Please note product image color is adjusted to match actual product as close as possible. But there might still be color variations due to the different computer display and monitor settings.

3. RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Downloadable products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
We offer full refund if you not receive your order 30 working days from shipping date (due to the current situation that time can be prolongated by another 15 working days).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check again your bank account or account from which the payment was made.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at renatatotart@gmail.com for more details.

Shipping
To return your product, you should send us an email at renatatotart@gmail.com for more details and mail your product to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and those shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are applicable and receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary and shipping time is as stated earlier in this policy.

If you are shipping back an item , you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
